CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Choose from one of our 10 Canadian Urban Jar Locations. Each location ran by an incredible woman, or women, who are eager to serve! If you're unsure of delivery radius, please feel free to inquire on the closest available location.

SIGN UP
Join the Urban Jar Community by signing up and creating a members profile. Our team wants to make sure you are located in an area where delivery/pick is available. Approval will be granted given you create a profile that includes an address where delivery/pick up is offered.

VERIFY ACCOUNT
Sign the Waiver and agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Urban Jar Community. Your account will be verified before you can use the platform. It’s important to thoroughly read the rules and regulations of what it means to be an Urban Jar member.

VIEW MENU
Choose your items from our seasonally based menu. All jars fresh for 7 days, while protein bites stay fresh for 3 weeks. Our jars are fully customizable. If you have a food sensitivity or special diet, or if you simply don’t love a certain ingredient, we will prepare it to your preference. Specifications can be stated during the ordering process.

PLACE AN ORDER
Visit the “Place an order” tab. Ensure you’re signed in! Select your jar, change any specifics, select your delivery preference, and enter any special requests or allergies.

DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to your home or work, or a pick-up at your convenience option is available. Each Urban Jar Location will have specific details provided on their website to explain how the delivery process works. Once the jars are delivered, simple store in your fridge and enjoy throughout the week!

RECYCLE JARS
Remember this is an eco friendly business! Its important to leave the empty jars for pick up, upon the fresh jars being dropped off! If you skip a week, please drop off your empties at the locations specified in the waiver. All mason jars are property of Urban Jars.

Reorder your favourites online during the ordering time slot. Be sure to select the desired date for delivery, timing and preferred payment method.
